1.      I am of legal age in the state of residency.  I understand as a distributor, I am an independent contractor.

2.      I am responsible for the payment of all federal and state self-employment taxes.  All earnings over $599 per year will be reported on IRS form 1099.  I understand I am not an employee of NMplus or The Rayburn Group.

3.      I understand as a customer/distributor, I may use the mailing list to promote anything, for unlimited personal use.

4.      I understand that any charts, graphs or examples in NMplus material of potential income are hypothetical and for illustrative purposes only.  As with any home business opportunity, there is no guarantee of income. 

5.      NMplus is not associated with any gambling, lotteries or gifting of any kind.

6.      I will not make false or misleading statements about NMplus or The Rayburn Group.

7.      NMplus does not pay, reward or offer commissions/earnings of any kind for recruiting of referring others to the NMplus program.  Commissions are paid on “product purchases” only in accordance to the NMplus compensation plan.  Such compensation plan may be changed or adjusted at any time at the discretion of NMplus and The Rayburn Group.

8.      NMplus / The Rayburn Group will supply clients with a few additional leads to cover for possible and duplicate leads.  Under no circumstances can a client or customer demand any additional compensation/refund for duplicate or undeliverable leads or any part of the “Product Package.”  Because of the volatile nature of Opportunity Seeker/MLM leads and the inability to track whether a client or customer actually used the purchased leads or read the newsletter or not; NMplus / The Rayburn Group does not offer a money-back guarantee.

9.      NMplus will drawback all bonuses and incentives paid to distributors relating to the sale of product being returned.

10.  Distributor/Member is defined as a person that has enrolled with NMplus and wishes to build a downline (sales organization) and participate in the commission plan.  Distributors must sell (retail) a minimum of 1 “Product Package” a month to be eligible to earn commissions.  This “Product Package” can be sold to “self” for personal use.

11.  NMplus/The Rayburn Group has a strict NO FAXING/NO SPAM policy.  NMplus/The Rayburn Group reserves the right to terminate the distributorship of any distributor violating this policy or conducting their business in any unethical manor.

12.  While NMplus is completely committed to assisting its members in building their downlines, personal participation is required.  Starting a home business is not necessarily the best course of action for all people.  Building a business by mail order takes time, effort, and at least a small amount of working capital.  Only you know your available time, willingness to work and financial situation.
 

13.  Succeeding in any home based business takes time, effort, at least a small amount of working capital, and results vary.  Since these factors differ according to individuals, we cannot guarantee your success or income level.  Nor are we responsible for any of your actions.
